Step 6 is the part that matters most, and it is the part most setups do least well. Everything above it exists to make step 6 trustworthy.
What the first release does
A complete working job, not a demonstration. A document goes out, comes back signed, and produces evidence you could hand to an examiner.
- Send one document to as many people as you like, each signing on their own
- They sign on any device — they draw or type, and we record which they chose
- You decide whether declining is allowed, and collect a reason when someone does
- Put a deadline on a document and let reminders chase whoever has not acted
- Replace a document with a new version and everyone signs again, so a signature always matches the exact wording that was signed
- Watch what is outstanding on a dashboard, and search every document by its status
- See, for any document, who signed, who has not, and who declined
- Anyone who signed can come back later and download what they signed
The part an examiner cares about
Anyone can collect a signature. The question that decides an audit is what you can still prove about it two years later.
The signed copy is the evidence
We store it exactly as it was signed and never rebuild it. The file you hand an examiner is the file your person signed.
The circumstances are recorded
Who signed, when, from where, on what device, and which wording they agreed to.
The history is tamper-evident
If a record were altered, the system can show it.
One click produces the proof
A signing record for a single signature, or an evidence pack for an examiner.
Nothing travels by attachment
The invitation links back, and the person signs in to collect the document.
